In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "b4444", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the b4444 online betting and gaming platform operated at b4444.ws and its associated services.
• "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the b4444 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means a registered user account created on the b4444 platform through the registration process.

If you are accessing the platform on behalf of a third party or another individual, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that individual to these terms, and that the individual meets all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.

b4444 reserves the right to request supporting identity documents — including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, or birth certificate — at any stage of the account lifecycle for the purpose of verifying age compliance. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe as specified by the b4444 compliance team may result in the suspension or permanent closure of the relevant account.

Where b4444 discovers, at any time, that a registered user was below the minimum age of 21 at the time of registration or during any period of active use, b4444 will immediately close the account, void all bets placed by the underage user, and return net deposited funds (minus any winnings derived from voided bets) in accordance with applicable procedures.

Each user is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) registered account on the b4444 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. b4444 employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts, and any accounts identified as duplicates may be suspended without notice, with all associated balances forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. b4444 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.

You must notify b4444 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. Notification should be made via live chat or by email to [email protected]. b4444 will apply a temporary account freeze upon receiving such a notification while the matter is investigated.

• You may not share your account credentials with any other person.
• You may not allow any third party to place bets using your account.
• You may not sell, transfer, or assign your b4444 account to any other person.
• Account credentials must be updated promptly if you believe they have been compromised.

b4444 supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively via the following payment methods for users based in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Users must use a payment account registered in their own name. The use of payment accounts belonging to third parties is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and the withholding of funds pending a compliance review.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no platform-imposed maximum deposit limit, though individual payment method limits set by bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay may apply. Deposits are credited to the user's b4444 wallet balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

All bets placed on the b4444 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type. These rules are published within the platform and users are responsible for reviewing them before placing any bet. The following general betting rules apply across all b4444 markets:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. b4444 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion, particularly in cases where irregular betting patterns are detected.

• Maximum winnings per bet and per event may be capped at limits published within the platform for each product category. These limits are subject to change and users should verify current limits before placing high-value bets.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the b4444 platform. Any user found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, and any funds associated with prohibited activity may be withheld pending investigation or forfeited entirely:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account, or assisting another individual in circumventing the single-account policy.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at any stage of the account lifecycle.
